Yeat Soo Ching is currently practising in Cheang & Ariff, Jalan Medan Tuanku.Since her admission to the Malaysian Bar, she has been involved in advising both local and international clients in both corporate finance and financing transactions.On corporate finance, she has advised on various mergers & acquisitions, debt restructurings, rights issues, bonus issues and initial public offerings including admission of Malaysian companies on Alternative Investment Market of London Stock Exchange, plc.Her banking and financing experience includes acting for lenders and major corporations on various domestic and international financing transactions including direct and syndicated loans, project financing, acquisition financing and issuance of both conventional and Islamic private debt securities.
