Timothy Siaw Yean Hwa

He graduated with a B.Sc and an LL.B from Monash University, Australia in 1990 and was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria in the same year. In 1991, he was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. He is also a registered patent agent since 1992. Mr Siaw's areas of practice are Intellectual Property and Technology: patents; trade marks; copyright; industrial designs; biotechnology; information technology; communications and media; technology transfer and licensing; anti-counterfeiting; consumer protection; and food, drug and tobacco regulations.
