Tan Shir Lay

Tan Shir Lay is currently practising in David Gurupatham & Koay, Petaling Jaya. Emily Tan is an Associate in the Civil Litigation Department, which she joined subsequent to the completion of her pupillage. She was admitted to the High Court of Malaya as an Advocate and Solicitor in 2016. She is familiar with the lower court and higher court systems, and handles appeals as well.
