Alicia began her legal career focusing on the Law of Insurance. She was actively involved and had handled multiple non-personal injury claims, including insurance fraud, recovery-subrogation claims and professional indemnity cases. She has vast experience in professional negligence claims which includes solicitors and medical negligence cases. Her work in this area ranged from providing advisory services to claiming and defending clients in court proceedings.

Towards later years of her practice, Alicia expanded her career by involving in general litigation as well as resolving employment & industrial disputes. Her practice includes breach of contract, tort, probate, law of succession, labour and employment.

Alicia joined Messrs KS Lim & Ong in January 2009 as a Corporate and Conveyancing Partner. She mainly handles transactions involving immovable and movable properties, drafting corporate documentations, providing corporate advisory as well as facilitating Financial Institutions in their legal instruments.
