Nathan A/L R. Maharajah

A Barrister and Solicitor of the New Zealand High Court and an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya, Nathan has over 23 years of legal advocacy experience in Malaysia and two years of similar experience in New Zealand.

He appears frequently as lead counsel in various Insurance and Corporate Commercial matters. Nathan also has a number of professional qualifications including Associate of the Malaysian Insurance Institute (AMII) and Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII), Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb).

His expertise extends to commercial, corporate, banking and financial services, insurance, personal injury claims, medical negligence and both domestic and international arbitration.
