Nadarajah, Sivabalah

Mr Sivabalah graduated with LL.B (Hons) at University of Malaya in 1983. He was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 1984. He has been a partner since January 1995. Mr Sivabalah has extensive appearances in the High Court, Court of Appeal, Federal Court and the then Supreme Court, principally in judicial review applications and appeal. He is a member of the Bar Council Industrial Court Practice Sub-Committee and has lectured extensively for the Malaysian Employers' Federation's Diploma in Industrial Relations and also for seminars, workshops and conferences in his area of practice.
