He is also competent and actively involved in bank related work including preparing and advising on commercial and general corporate loans,structuring Islamic based banking documentation incorporating the Syariah principles, namely, Al-Bai Bithaman Ajil, Al-Ijarah, Al-Musyarakah,Al-Mudarabah, Al-Istisna and Al-Kafalah. He has given several talks on conveyancing matters and Islamic Banking transactions to bankers, developers and other institutional clients in Melaka.
