He is also involved in corporate restructure and flotation of companies on stock exchanges and was involved in the listing of Guan Chong Bhd and Homeritz Corporation Bhd on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia and JB Foods Ltd on the Main Board of Singapore Stock Exchange. He also heads the Litigation Practice Group and his area of work pertains to civil and commercial litigation, insolvency and receiverships and industrial relations law. He handles a wide variety of appellate cases at the Court of Appeal and conducts many trials mostly at the High Court level. He is currently the honorary auditor of Persatuan Penduduk Ozana Impian, a residents association and the vice chairman of the Parent Teacher Association of the Pay Fong High School. He is also a trainer of the advocacy training course organised by the the Bar Council.
