Karen Navamani Abraham

Her practice covers all areas of Intellectual Property and Information Technology law, although her main area of practice has been IP Litigation and enforcement. She appears frequently in the High Court, Court of Appeal and the Federal Court, and negotiates and advises on exploitation and enforcement of IP rights for leading multinational companies throughout the world. She has also designed and crafted anti-piracy and anti-counterfeiting programmes and brand management schemes for leading companies in the global market. She advises on all allied IP rights such as food and drug, licensing, agency franchising, merchandising, commercial sales contracts, sponsorship, advertising and entertainment, media broadcasting laws, and all aspects of IT, e-commerce and telecommunications-related causes and cyberlaws.
