Ms Yeoh has been a partner of Shearn Delamore & Co. since 1997. She has advised in the local incorporation of the banking industry as well as the listing of companies on the Bursa Malaysia. She also advises on regulatory compliance, corporate governance and foreign investments. She has recently been involved in a number of takeovers and mergers and acquisitions both in Malaysia and outside Malaysia for Malaysian clients.
