Foong Mun Loong,Brian is currently practising in Cheang & Ariff, Jalan Medan Tuanku.After being admitted to the Malaysian Bar, he spent 2 years working as a corporate lawyer and was involved in diverse corporate exercises that ranging from mergers and acquisition to initial public offering. He had also advised on timber concession arrangement in an African Nation. His experience in the corporate division served as a platform for him to leap into corporate litigation.He then shifted his area of practice to litigation where he was involved in corporate litigation, arbitration, banking litigation, matters involving administrative law, industrial relations and election petition. From these diverse areas of practice he draws his litigation experience after having conducted hearings, trials and numerous interlocutory applications that ranged from interim injunctions to contempt proceedings. He had also appeared and had argued cases in the Court of Appeal and the Federal Court. These cases were subsequently may be found and are reported in the Malaysian law reports.
