Despite receiving her law degree in 1993, Dianne continued working in the corporate sector and did not begin her law career until 2000. She looked beyond the law and appreciated the importance of commercial realities and the need to assess realistically the clients’ position in the market. In this respect, she is able to bring her prior work experience in accounting, secretarial and corporate finance into legal practice.
