Ee Beng Guan

Mr. Beng Guan Ee served as Head of legal department Lion Group from 1985 until his retirement in March 2015. Mr. Ee joined a Lion Group in 1985. While in Lion Group, he was also in charge of secretarial functions for more than 200 companies, share registration for 6 listed companies and overall responsibility for compliance functions of Lion Group. While with the Lion Group, he also served as an Executive Director of a stock broking company for seven years. Mr. Ee has been Independent and Non Executive Director of Lysaght Galvanized Steel Bhd since June 2015. Mr. Ee He has been an Independent & Non-Executive Director at Yokohama Industries Berhad since March 27, 2014. He practiced law with Allen & Gledhill. He was admitted to the Malayan Bar in 1981. Upon his admission to the Bar, he practiced as an advocate and solicitor for approximately four years.He holds Utter Degree of Barrister-at-Law, Middle Temple Inn, London. He is in private practice as Advocate and Solictor. He holds a bachelor degree in law from University of Hull and Master's Degree in Law (LLM) from University College London.
