Derek Chong Ching Hsiang

Derek Chong Ching Hsiang is a lawyer since May 16,2009 currently practicing in Eunice Derek & Co., Kuala Lumpur branch, Kuala Lumpur. 

Derek Chong is the Co- owner and Founder of Eunice Derek & Co. He obtained his LLB (Hons) from the University of Malaya in 2008. Thereafter, he embarked on his pupillage in Messrs Chooi & Co. He was admitted and enrolled as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on the 16th day of May 2009. He joined Messrs Cheah Teh & Su as a Legal Assistant from May 2009.

On June 2010 until June 2015, he joined Messrs Michael Chow as a Legal Assistant. Over the years, Derek handled a wide array of general disputes which includes corporate, commercial and contractual disputes.

His areas of practice includes corporate litigation disputes, industrial relations, debt recovery, defective product claims, drafting corporate and commercial contracts, probate and administration.
