Chong Siew Mun

Chong Siew Mun is a lawyer since January 16,1998 currently practicing in Foong & Partners, Kuala Lumpur branch, Kuala Lumpur.

She has experience in advising foreign and local clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings involving companies and businesses in Malaysia and abroad. Siew Mun has advised and worked on various initial public offerings and flotations, both on the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and London Stock Exchange.

She has also advised foreign direct investors on the various aspects of commencing and conducting business operations in Malaysia including licensing and regulatory issues. Siew Mun has also been involved in some construction work and banking and financing work.
