Alan Wong Teck Wei

Alan Wong Teck Wei is a lawyer since September 29,2005 currently practicing in Zain Megat & Murad, Kuala Lumpur branch, Kuala Lumpur.  At ZMM, he is predominantly involved in litigation matters at all levels of the Malaysian courts up to the apex Federal Court. He is well-equipped to deal with injunctions, interim reliefs, shareholders’ disputes, construction, land and trusts matters, industrial relations disputes as well as white collar criminal defence. At the same time, Alan contributes heavily to ZMM’s Corporate & Commercial practice area and has been involved in joint venture projects, mergers and acquisitions, privatisation of government projects/ initiatives as well as restructuring of a trust for an employee share option scheme (ESOS). His experience in both the litigation and corporate commercial practice spans industries such as property development, environmental services, manufacturing, commodities, media, banking and insurance as well as private equity.
