Dear Dr.Chan, Visited your clinic todayeverything was fineDr.Alex is goodthe que understandablebut there's 1 issue which I think is not fair and I really don't like it Been to so many clinic and this is the first time when I paid by credit card I got charge 1.x% and without any notice of payment method at allI understand that the bank charged on every merchant machine as I'm also a businessman but if you think that is fair for you to charge it or in other words your customers bear it half of the charges on credit card for your clinic I truly think this is unacceptable. Consultation and medical fees aren't cheap now and we got charge as well on the credit card? Do consider this again. This is totally beyond my expectation from a clinic. Thank you and have a nice day
