3.0 is absolutely correct about the clerk at the counter. Sour face and rude really makes me not welcome at all. The Dr’s on other hand are friendly and experienced. The mgt of klinik rosli need to look into this matter seriously.

Doctor of Klinik Rosli are very much experience. The only problem is the attitude of the clerk in charge at the counter. She,s quite rude in dealing with the customer/patient, hardly smile and very arrogant. She need to attend a customer service course...otherwise everything is ok
