Klinik Central Kepong

The waiting time is insane. A lot of people go in early morning to put down their names and then return few hours later. This practice is very unfair for others who come in a bit later yet waiting at the clinic for their turn for hours. The clinic should change the system into making people whose turn has past to re-queue instead of keep letting those people to go first.

I see some parents with sick kids such as high fever, chicken pox, etc , who are patiently waiting for their turn. Yet, some people just put their names down early morning then come back around lunch time, pretty much just walk in right to the doctor’s office because their turn has “long past” just to collect their medical report while visiting the doctor.

Please do something about the system.
