dear sir/ madam, i came to clinic rasah jaya today at 4.30pm ....to see dr , but one fat indian nurse insulted & send me off. I am govt servant ( secondary school teacher) ...i broke my wrist & had to insert a plate & went thru an operation ....i did this opt in chinese maternity hospital ....i came to see a govt dr , just to certify my mc ....i had a letter from my school , my xray reports with me etc etc...this is my 2 weeks mc after my operation , dr will review & see my progress after 2 weeks ......I came mainly to see a Dr today at 4pm ....But one fat indian nurse insulted me in tamil , why never govt hospital .....that why lah private mc not recognized.Sir i paid rm15 000 for the procedure for my hand ... we got to private / govt hospital is a personal issue .....as a govt hospitality is one of the important things .... as a teacher i felt so insulted being treated so badly infront of people .. ..
If someone is there to see Dr , nurse should not be the gate keeper , insult the person & send them back at the entrance reception area itself.Tq
