Similar concept to Baby Boss in Taiwan (never been to Kidzania, so can't comment) but half the size and half the fun.
Seems quite haphazard with most occupations starting at the same time rather than staggered timings, resulting in alot of time wastage as you can end up waiting for some 20mins. The space is also filled with kiddie rides (which needs real currency to operate) making the whole space seem cluttered with stuff not related to the concept (except to get money from visitors).
Staff also came in a wide spectrum some were helpful, others don't seem to care.
But ultimately, my kids enjoyed themselves and for that, it gets at least 2 stars from me. We actually stayed some 4hrs .

We spent over 6 hours as my daughter really enjoyed it. At times she just wanted to earn as much money as she could rather then spending it! Highly recommended and wroth coming to when visiting Penang.
