All security personnel are Malaysian citizens who are trustworthy and they are required to be finger printed and vetted by Polis Di Raja Malaysia to ensure that they have no previous criminal records or they have not indulged in any criminal activities. In addition, our requirement criteria also ensures that the selected candidates are of sound mind, physically fit and are below the age of 50 years prior to their deployment for security assignments.

Prior to their deployment to their various assignments, newly recruited personnel are provided with a comprehensive 14days training program, which encompasses the functions, and various aspects of security. In addition, they are rewarded well and their needs always looked into throughout their career with Kawalan Keselamatan Sentral (M) Sdn Bhd to ensure that they perform their duties diligently at all times with quality service. As a standard feature in the provision of security guard service on a 24 hours basis inclusive of Sundays and Public holidays, our Supervisors and Officers patrol all assignments daily and nightly to ensure the quality and regularity of our service. Our patrolling Supervisors and Officers are equipped with telecommunication equipment to respond immediately and instantaneously, which is crucial and vital in the provision of Security Services.
