Although the teachers are good, the management needs to buck up. I pulled my son out 6 months ago and was promised to have my refundable deposit back. It's a really big sum of money as well. I've called and visited many times but for 6 months it's always been "Oh it'll be transferred to you next week" or "actually a cheque has been issued and is ready in 10 days" or "let me check with accounts". I've been given countless excuses and nobody calls me back after every promise to call back. I keep having to do it myself. This is terribly unprofessional and extremely inconvenient. If you plan to enroll in this school, be prepared to not get your deposit back if you pull out.
