The officers are generally nice and warm. However, it is not quite dog-friendly due to religious reasons, dogs are not allowed into the admin office, hence if you're bringinf your dog there, do come in pair so that the other person can take care of the dog for you or you gotta leave your dog in the car or tie it outside while you are handling the paper works. I was told that there is no Veterinarian there but officers, please correct me if I'm wrong, thus if you're going there for vaccination then it's fine, but if your dog is sick I'm not sure how well they will manage it. Else, the officers were quite professional while handling my dog. ;)

I thought it was cute that theres a sign that says Pusat Haiwan Kesayangan ( lit. Loved animals centre) instead of the usual dry Jabatan Perkhidmatan Veterinar. The reception area is separate from the vets office, was not crowded even at 10am. We had to register the cat since it's our first visit there, but it was painless because officer was fast and efficient. The vet was kind and tentative. Our visit was over in under 30 minutes.
