Consulted Dr Wong JS early FEB2021. This doctor is man of few words and very little explanation. Never mentioned the different is IOL and what is the most suitable for patients who have undergone LASIK. No time for patient and always rushing to get rid of patients within minutes. Confirmed got Cataract and suggested to do op. Requested to meet the clerk to fix appointment for cataract surgery on both eyes. A year later visited Pantai Bangsar Hospital who is also attached to another Eye Centre in Bangsar for second opinion. Recommended by a friend who has cured by this doctor after a blunder done at THONEH. Did a simple test and turn out not even category 1 ( 1 -4) category 4 being the worst. The doctor advised that I did not have cataract at all. I leave to your own judgement. Saved money and hassle going thru a Cataract Operation which in actual fact was none.

Coming at 3.30pm..but actual appoitment 4.30pm..it's OK for me because brought my wife too early. But very disppoited when stucks and need to wait and saw customers which comes late then us being entertained earlier. Around 10 customers late than my wife. At the end I and my wife become the last customer went out from the clinic (8.30pm)

I did my cataract surgery at ISEC with Dr. Ronald Arun Das. My visits were mostly on weekdays and I guess that's why I have never needed to wait for more than 30 minutes for my turn. Dr. Ronald did a great job in both pre-surgery consultation as well as the surgery itself -- I was in the operating room for about 15 minutes but the surgery itself took only about 5 minutes -- everything went professionally, smoothly, no drama and no pain. Post surgery result is great - I started gaining rather good vision just a few hours after surgery. I have to say the biometry calculation for my IOL was spot on -- I have very sharp far vision with my monofocal IOL right now. ISEC insurance department handled all the medical insurance claims without me getting involved. Overall I have had an excellent experience here and would probably visit again for any future eye treatment.
