Parking is a big problem. No enforcement for illegal parking. I was stuck for more than an hour because some *inappropriate words*. I was admitted on the 4/8/17 in level 9A. It was too crowded and I was disappointed with nurse who took so long from 10.30pm when the specialist doctor told me I can be transferred to the first class ward. I waited until 4.30am in spite of reminding her and other doctors. There were two empty beds No1 and 2.in the First class ward when I was admitted. Need to improve the system of sending patient to first class ward.

New hospital. The facility looking great and the staff are friendly. The cafeteria however, is a bit too small for a hospital this size. Also the food choices are not so great.

deepest and greatest gratitude to the doctors and nurses here. My husband was a cancer final phase patient, was admitted on 28th Oct via clinics from Kahang. My husband passed away on 7th November, I really appreciate the care and help he received from the staffs here during his stay. A 'Thank you' is insufficient to express my gratitude to the staffs here, really thanks all of you very very much!

Nurse semua baik-baik terutama Di wad 9a. Terima kasih jaga ayah saya dengan baik. Utk kemudahan saya cadangkan perlu ada banyak penambahbaikkan. Sebagai contoh Di bhg Lobi Utama - kwsan menunggu perlu letakkan kipas untuk keselesaan pengguna. Cafe kurang memuaskan. Sebab penyediaan makanan yang tidak pelbagai dan tak bila sehingga lewat Malam.
