Gunalan & Associates, is a Chartered Accountants firm providing a full range of services especially for SME's consisting accounting, auditing, tax, company formation, company secretarial and GST related services. Other than the compliance services as above, we also provide services that would enhance or multiply the value of your business enterprise such as corporate finance services including IPO consultants, due diligence, business valuation, forensic audit services and more.

Incorporation/registration fee is RM2,000 including payment to SSM, disbursements, GST and purchase of books. Monthly retainer fees is RM100. Registered office fee is RM50. They will bill customer quarterly.
