This is one of the older fitness first branch ard the city. Hence the machine abit dated but overall well maintained . The technogym machines here have enough weight for leisure and pro body builder. For example the technogym upper back machine and low row machines equipped with weights max at 95kg and 125kg. As compared to the newer branch in this city , for both machines the max weight was abt 65kg. (I believe this was due to cost cutting) . I would rather come here for training then go to the one at the gardens , mid valley.

Price higher compare with others gym. They included steamroom and sauna which is I think this is why cost more. Make sure you use it to the max so it will worth every pennies. And try to participate in their fitness program since it's free. Trainers are friendly. Provide cold / hot beverage. Should consider extend the heavy lifting equipment area with all those charges imposed. No place to stand during peak hour make it very difficult to lift weight.
