Finger on Shutter - John Ling and Jason Wong

They aretwo individual photographers who are very intrigued by the artistic side of photography. They love capturing those special moments for you. Be it a wedding or just a simple picnic by the beach or park. They believe that a single photograph may bond to you for many years and many generations to come.

Both of them came from different backgrounds. Jason has been in the advertising industry for about 7 years while John had been in an engineering consultancy firm for about 10 years. Although the both of them likes technology, cars and of course photography, their choices are rather different in which manifested itself in their photographic works. 

This brings a varied yet interesting touch to FingerOnShutter. As they as a team, their photos often overlapping on key areas, but leaving enough space for individual creativity. What one lacks, the other makes up.

FingerOnShutter has a combines photographic experience of slightly over 10 years. All Through the years, they have individually went places and experience various colourful cultures, met different people from all walks of life and people with all sorts of characters and personalities. Inspired by these colourful people, they picked up their very first cameras and began their photographic journeys individually. After their first collaborative shoot, they found their styles to be contradicting, yet in some special way, complemented each other.

They are currently based in Kuala Lumpur and undertake any photographic assignemnts or challenges which comes their way.
