At EYE Project, we believe that youths are the answer to today's problems, given the right exposure, mentorship and training in areas where they have a passion in. By building influence and connecting the right youth leaders to the right platform, we believe that we are able to convince the country's stakeholders to allow youths to take responsibility, a chance for them to fulfill their potential at a young age.

However the first thing EYE will attempt is to solve the lack of desire for youths to undergo personal development related activities that encourages leadership in their areas of interest. We recognize that while there are many initiatives and programmes organized by the public, private & government sector caters towards the well-being of youths to enhance their marketability through soft or attribute skills, the average take up rate by the youths are low due to various key reasons, a mismatch of understanding between the youths & their seniors. 

Therefore EYE attempts to empower the youths themselves to create platforms that serves to bridge the gap between industry needs and their own through creating a holistic educational ecosystem run by the youths, for the youths, identifying emerging youth leaders who will make up the future of the country.
