Props are all taken good care of, so we had no problem trying to find the clues and solve the puzzles (and escaped on our first try on a level 5 difficulty room woo hoo!) Game masters (workers!) were extremely helpful and polite, providing proper help whenever requested. Overall, it was a really good experience for us!
