For me, Dr Wong is like trying to meet his monthly quota and not really there to help his patient. It's very commercialise there...

Had a bad experience with Dr. Wong Pak Seng !

Bad service. This is the first time that I meet professional doctors that NOT professional at all. Only talk money !!No responsible No explanation at all!!!

First I am looking this doctor for IVF but he check and mention has fibroids in my uterus. Then I ask doctor need to remove or not . But this dr said no problem can straight do IVF and ask pay money and arrange next visit and start for the IVF. Then after 2 visit he ask me go to ward to operation remove the fibroid then ask me pay another 8k . Then I fell why first time do not tell me the trust and he should tell me need to remove fibroid first only IVF . I fell very disappointed and cheating the money . In first time for this Ivf I total pay 40k then ask again 8k for operation remove fibroid. No choice because I save many years and pay money so force go to operations . After operations I go back 3rd time for review then he said need to rest 3 weeks can start the IVF BUT he said I had PCOS ask me pay money and eat medicine again . I not the professional doctor here . Why this call professional doctor NOT checking and scanning one time and tell me the truth . He should tell patient in the first time . Every time I ask can do IVF said yes pay money then said can not here and there. I so disappointed this type of doctor and very angry !!!During the process more worst - my Inside womb thickness suppose need 8-12 mm but my only 4 mm he insist start do IVF process what is this . In the end fail. He also said can try 2nd time IVF but repay again the full process. In here I just tell everyone NOT professional NOT honest only want Money !!!

发了电邮给 Sunfert预约见Dr Wong，他们很快回复我，预约在下星期8月18号，我想我们是幸运的，据说预约得等上个两三个月的。

老公得验过精子，待报告出来（约一小时），Dr Wong检查我的子宫，总结分析如下：-

1. 精子报告 - 这是我们看过最仔细的精子报告，之前的报告都注重在数量而已（baliah :P）原来正常的精子必须超过4%，而老公是2%，而且主要不正常精子是在于头部。医生问老公以前可有跌伤过这部位，当然老公是不知道/不记得。
2. 卵巢 - 医生确定我是 PCOS（卵巢多囊症），就是每个周期卵巢比一般人多卵子成熟，却不一定排出卵子，即便如此，我的月经还是一样会来。医生说，通常这病出现在肥胖女生，而出现在瘦小女生，通常是基因问题。而且，即使怀孕也很容易流产。
3. 子宫厚度 - 他知道我做过子宫腹腔镜手术 (laparoscopy)，他问我可有检查输卵管的毛绒？他告诉我们，即使输卵管报告证明它们没有柱塞，不代表它们内部的毛绒组织好，他还开了一些影片给我们看，这叫做dye testing.一般的妇科通常没有做这检验。 当医生播放我手术的DVD，他一看就说我的子宫是比较肿大是苹果形，普通人是梨形，所以导致胚胎着床比较难。我问可以开刀切除肿大的部分吗？他说不能切除，唯有怀孕加上哺乳能够缩小它。

Dr Wong的建议如下：-

1. IUI - 拣选好的精子输入子宫，让它们游入输卵管和卵子结合形成胚胎，胚胎移动到子宫膜着着床。如同上述，我们不知道输卵管毛绒状况如何。
2. IVF ICSI - 卵子抽出，一半卵子和拣选好的精子自然受精，一半卵子注入好的精子而受精。医生说我们的疗程是long protocol，疗程比较长。

Dr Wong叫 我们回家考虑考虑，我和互望了一下，老公说，我们见你就是要做IVF，请你告诉我们接下来该做些什么准备。

从那天开始，我每天午餐晚餐后，得吃 metformin，控制血糖，控制PCOS，一直到听到孩子心跳声为止。老公吃补精子的维他命，到取精子那天希望素质提升。

Dr Wong是个很慈祥，经验老道的不孕专家。凑巧的是，我们遇到一位朋友，她刚怀上一个月，她是其中一个推荐Dr Wong给我们的朋友，她姐姐在Dr Wong的协助下产下3胞胎。另一个见证，是另一位朋友姐姐诞下龙凤胎。

今天的预约是我们这几年来最释怀的一天。很多时候，我们都不害怕面对问题，遇到问题就解决，这是我们持有的态度。害怕的是，我们不知道面对着什么问题。谢谢Dr Wong，让我们清楚了解问题在哪里。接下来，就是一步一步解决问题。。。

我第一胎也是看 dr wong pak seng 的，收费 consulation RM50, scan RM50。不懂有没有起价了，dr lim 和他的价钱应该一样吧，不可能会高过 dr WPS 的咯。

Hi, I will recommend you to go to Dr. Wong Pak Seng, Sunfert. I had PCOS and my hubby's sperm quality is poor. I did my 1st IVF at SJMC and failed. Previously I had reluctant to do Ovary Drilling which was advised by Dr. Wong during his clinic at TMC last time. After my 1st IVF failed, I went and see Dr. Wong at Sunfert. He advised me to do the operation b4 I start my IVF. In order to have no regret on my 2nd trial, I did as advised. Later, I was confirmed with one child. During my 7th week check up, I was told that I had triplets. I was speechless at that moment. I was too happy and really thank Dr. Wong.

IVF is not a guaranteed procedure. 1 out of 3 woman will get pregnant with IVF. There is no medication to improve the sperm quality but doctor will prescribe tradition medicine which may help.

I guess the most important period for IVF is the resting period. Usually doctor said you can go to work after 3 days of rest at home. On my 2nd trial, I rest fully on bed for 5 days. Talk to your embryos that you would want to be their mother and take good care of them. I know this sound silly but no harm trying.No Chinese herbs at all. Do not spray any pesticide. At last and most importantly, be happy at all times. 

就如楼上的JM所说，Dr. Wong很有耐心！他用了大概30分钟检查和解释了我的问题与LG的semen结果。之前看的三位医生可能赶着看下位病人，给我的感觉是，他们解释得没有Dr. Wong这么详细，检查和解释也用了大概5-10分钟。

Dr. Wong也建议了我几个方式：1.clomid, 2.IUI 或 3.做keyhole手术。

正考虑keyhole手术中。。

我的龙凤胎也是找dr。wong做的哦。。
我是做IVF成功的，是做第二次才成功咯。。
还没做IVF之前有做过IUI，就是不成功，所以才做IVF。。
dr。wong是在sunway帮我接生，我觉得不会贵，我开刀生用了RM8000，如果是生1个已经要6千多了。。
