Saw Dr Tay yesterday for the first time in KL Sports Medicine Center. Had previously done my Xray and MRI with someone else. Dr Tay very patiently went through the images with me and explained the situation, then proposed the treatment options. I chose one and he took care of my knee. All done so efficiently and professionally. Apart from his capabilities and experience which seem excellent, he has exceptional ability to very quickly put you at ease and speak to you as if you have known him for a long time. He clearly seems like a top notch surgeon and a very genuine and caring individual. Look him up - very interesting CV. Very accomplished individual.
