I have difficulties to conceive after my 1st child (born 2002).
My 1st visit on Jan 2010, scope on Apr 2010, conceived on Aug 2010, delivered on Apr 2011. He precisely tackle my problem. He could ask us to do IVF at very begining but he didn't. He knows whats our problem and straightly asked to do scope.
Dr Mahes is truly an Angel from heaven for me.
Dr Mahes Sittampalam of Damai Hospital is indeed "an Angel sent down to Earth to do God's work." He is very gentle, tender, thoughtful and Very Understanding. And to top everything up, he is also not money-minded, with affluent-quality care coupled with low charges compared to other specialist.
Hi, I'm also a long term patient of Dr. Mahes. That man is like an angel doing God's work on earth..I've met many doctor's in my life and he is probably the most patient, gentle and caring doctor I've met even better than anybody I've seen overseas. I've also seen the train of patients who are seeing him too, I've read on some other websites that there are not many patients there, I'm guessing this person went at the wrong time! Yes, the hospital might look a bit old but the Doc himself is a wonderful person. our problem was that I had PCOS and my hubby low sperm count(my hubby is a European and he took the utmost care in choosing our fertility doctor and he was the most comfortable with Dr Mahes)..we got pregnant on the first cycle and my son was born 5 years ago and I've heard that abt Dr Mahes and his team before, first try successes..but my son was born with a rare birth defect(which has got nothing to with IVF) and that was the time I saw how the whole team including the nurses supported me and my hubby like a family the first few days after the birth..oy thanks to Concept/Damai team.my son is healthy now and normal. btw, we're on our second IVF cycle since the last 15 days and very good results with embryos..but Doc said transfer next month since I was too stressed out and my lining was shedding already..but the whole process this time was much better than the last..so keep your fingers crosses because I trust the team is doing the best they can to get you pregnant...and don't give up!! It's hard every time you don't see the second line or your period comes or your HCG level is not acceptable...but you just keep trying until it happens..keep the crazy on and the laughter going and don't care abt what all the other people who don't understand our situation say in their ignorance..I like Dr Mahes's line after every transfer, he holds your hands says good luck and put your faith in God...
Hi, i was Dr Mahesh's patient as well. Agree with you, this IVF clinic is not money minded, friendlier, and down to earth, and shorter Q when i did my IVF there. And yes, i succeeded in my 1st IVF attempt, and just delivered my baby boy in April this year
don't give up, u will make it one day, and the fact is i am older than you..
i have been very lucky to strike the 'lottery' from my very first trial of IVF. i am in my 10 weeks of pregnancy now. I did my IVF over at Concept under the care of Dr Mahes Sittampalam and the ever friendly coordinator, Ms Lu Yee. i would like to recommend for those who would like to try IVF, you can consider Concept. I paid RM13K for my whole treatment cycle as it's a package. for Concept, i would say, never judge a book by its cover. the place is not fantastically nice and i would categorize it as average but the services, explaination, doctor, coordinator and the embryologists are first class. i am very thankful to them for helping me throughout the whole treatment cycle.
