Highly recommended breast cancer oncologist. Proffessional, humble, caring, empathetic, and treat patients with respect.

A great doctor with warm heart. My friend LE Tan, a late state breast cancer, was trying very hard to search for an oncologist who can explain & communicate her case clearly to her, she nearly gave up until she found Dr Kiley. He treated her with all level of details, care, and more than her expectation. He even await her at late night for emergency case. My friend finally passed away peacefully. She & her family asked me to extend their sincere thanks to Dr Kiley.

A breast cancer oncologist that is hard to comeby. He treated me with extra miles medical services, care & patience. He always keep me informed of my progress, with detailed level of diagnosis, explanation & always spend time to communicate & prepare me well. He touched me a lot.

Best oncologist ever. He is patient, truly care for patients, empathetic, thoughtful, he even provide extra miles care by reaching out to the patients' family members who are abroad.
