Absolutely top class service from start to finish. Doctor Woo and her staff were incredible, as is the clinic. Beautifully decorated and clean. Thank you so much.

Dr Jean Woo is a very experienced doctor. I saw her in Mar22. I am very happy with her professionalism. Waiting time is normal not too long. I certainly would recommend her to my friends

The service is poor and not attentive. Dr.woo casually took a few glances and told me that I had a bacterial infection. He didn't ask me to go for a test report and started nursing. It cost me so much money. As a result, I went to test it by myself and it turned out that it was not the bacterium or disease that dr. Woo said!!

I went to Dr. Woo's clinic for 3 of my pregnancies, so far I and my husband are very satisfied with Dr Jane's professionalism and services. She is attention to detail when she did the ultra-sound scanning. She encourages natural birth whereby she kept encouraging me for a natural birth knowing that I'm hesitant about the cesarean. So far, I also introduced my friend of Dr. Jane, and she also happy with Dr. Jane as compared to her previous gynae.

Dr Woo is okay, she was friendly and attended to all my questions. However the chinese clerk at the front desk was extremely rude, ignorant and unknowledgeable, she tried to sell us a few unnecessary supplements which Dr Woo didn’t mention I need, and was obviously upset when she got turned down. She also questioned and doubted why am I on one of a supplement which was prescribed by another gynae I visited as if she is a doctor/pharmacist herself. During my visit, Dr Woo was late for an hour and the chinese clerk wouldn’t stop complaining and bad mouthing the doctor in front of all the patients, which clearly shows that she has no respect of her work place and her role. Another downside of this place is that they do not accept credit card, not even bank transfer, they will make u make a run to the nearest ATM if you didn’t bring enough cash, which is extremely inconvenient in this day and age. Pretty sure they did this to avoid taxes but that’s none of my business.

How can i make a appointment? I had call many time but always no answer.

I've been trying to look for reviews about Dr Jean Woo on the internet but rarely anyone wrote about her. By word of mouth, there were many praises of her, but on the internet, it's still lacking. This doctor deserve a great review from me for the internet. She is the gynae for my wife. First, she helped my wife remove her huge fibroid. And now our baby was also born under her assistance. Here are some strong points about her :

1. Empathy, super important for doctors

2. Precise and fast, ie stitching wounds etc she doesn't leave us in pain for long

3. Patient, she may be busy but she was very patient with us

4. Honest, she doesn't recommend things that are unnecessary

5. Experienced, she knows what she is doing very very well

6. Voice, there is calmness in her voice. We felt very calm when she explains

I would also like to express my thanks to the nurses at Gleneagles too. They were all professional and experience.
