Good gynae, a problem solver and attentive to details. Very ethical & considerate (of your $$$) and will not persuade you to do unnecessary surgeries.
But her nurses need to get better at hygiene management, such as to ensure rubbish bin lids are closed all time. Aside, to explain clearly to patients about sterilisation precaution taken on medical equipments before and after a procedure.
Consulted Dr Christina to get a 2nd opinion on my ovarian cyst. She was very experienced, had great attention to detail, and was quick in her diagnosis. No BS and straight to the point which works for me but may come across as blunt to some.
Waiting time can be improved, waited 2 hours to see her. Would have gotten her to perform my surgery but it's a shame that she has retired and stopped doing surgeries.
Overall felt well taken care of and will definitely recommend her to my friends and family.
Visited Dr. Christina Tai for the first time. My waiting time was less than an hour. I was nervous due to painful experiences of past pap smear procedures by other doctors. But Dr. Tai gave me the courage by gently saying, "trust me". And truly she did it without any pain. Her skill really amazed me!
She went on to do endometrial biopsy and transvaginal scan, and I only felt slight discomfort. I'm also thankful to her lovely nurse who stood close and comforted me throughout the whole procedure.
Dr. Christina Tai was friendly and took time to answer all my questions, and made sure I understood all her explanations. She also gave me other valuable advice. And she's the only doctor I met who wrote me a personal note on my medical report. As a patient, I feel she's such a caring doctor and I really appreciate it.
I'm so glad I went to see her. Would definitely visit her again for future check-ups, and recommend her to my sis.
Is Dr.Christina Tai able to speak in Mandarin?

Dr Tai is matter of fact, sharp and extremely good at what she does. I spent 3 years trying to find out the cause of my medical issues.
She talked to me for 10 mnts and already suspected the problem. A scan and some tests later, she has already identified the root cause of my problem as pcos. I will be forever grateful to her for this.
She is however one of the most expensive doc I have been to. That said, she is also the only one who has managed to diagnose my problem
She was very attentive to my issues, however, her clinic has terrible time management. I waited 4 hours to see her. Given a 10:30am appt but 2:30pm only went in. PLEASE rectify the scheduling issues.
Extremely rude ! didn't answer patient's question.

My experience with her is good.
Just consulted once, she found the reasons that frustrate me long ago.
1) Professional experience
I got cervical ectropion, caused discharge a lot of fluid.
Before that I been consulted a very famous Gyne in Puchong for 3 times, he just keep saying "this time for sure can be cure" everytimes, give me same medicine, which he thought is fungal/ bacteria. Spent over RM 1K for nothing.
2) Canggih Device
- Just with scan, we can clearly see that I got Pcos.
But due to I need mandarin speaking Covid recently, i switch to gyne with own a clinic at Seri Kembangan. Doctors and nurses is very helpful, but the result is so moderate. The nurses there so surprised that Pcos able diagnose by scanner. and they email me the test report, is from printout and then scan for me. @_@"
