According to Dr Choy, supraventricular tachycardia (SVT) can be treated and cured by radiofrequency ablation (RFA). RFA is a procedure where a metal-tipped catheter is used to locate the source of the tach-cardia. Once found, a local heating process is used to render the 'culprit area' non-irritable or non-conductive. The whole procedure is aim for cure, it has a high success rate and low recurrence for SVT.

According to Dr Choy, Atrial Fibrillation (AF) is a rhythm that is built on a chaotic and disorganized circuit that makes the heart's contractions become fast and irregular. It can cause stroke if leave unattended.

蔡医生指出:在心脏病刚开始发作時，给予准确的判断可加速进行心脏检查。许多病人因轻忽心绞痛而延迟就医，进行检查时才发现心脏的某部分已经病变、损伤、甚至坏死。能最快速诊断心脏病的非侵入性检查（non-invasive）是进行心电图测试（图1），以区分心脏病的严重性；稳定型心绞痛或非稳定型心绞痛可用药物治疗，心肌梗塞患者则需接受冠状动脉再成形术或俗称"通波仔"（PCI）血管扩张手术以畅通血管。
