This place offers Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). It is a non-profit centre that depends on donations.
The waiting time can be quite long. The place is clean and nor congested. The toilets are also clean.
You can park at the public car park in front of the building or around the area where there are parking lots. Parking fee is by the hour. 1st hour is RM1.50. There's a parking ticket machine at the car park. You can pay with coins or TnG cards.

"施诊所"的原意是免费医疗服务，这三个字就如“金字招牌”，真想不通为何要改为“医院”，是为了专业？因为本来的义务医师可以改为“医院医生”？身价百倍！再也不必管“施诊不施诊”了。宁愿放弃数十年的施医赠药美德，为了专业而牺牲大众的利益。如此发展下去有朝一日会变成全费，或高于市场，因为一切都是为了专业。前人创立“施诊所”是为了服务大众，如今是否变了质？ 那么请问这些人祭拜老人又有何意义？中华施诊所初创时是全免的，后来只收登记费一元，维持到70年代，到了80 年代有2元 和4元的，现在因为很多外国回来的硕士和博士在领导，也渐渐学习外国的教导，说什么中国都没免费，我们也要收钱了，而且是专业，钱当然不能少，不然，社会人士会说我们没有料。
