Charlie Ng

Charlie is a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) (Honors) graduate from the National University of Malaysia (also known as Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia). He was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2013. He pursued a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Chinese Law in Beijing, China. Thereafter he continues his legal practice at Messrs. Putri Norlisa Chair in Sep 2017.

Charlie’s focus areas of expertise include foreign direct investment, joint ventures, mergers and acquisition, corporate advisory and infrastructure projects. He has counselled many companies on company incorporation, business expansion and risk mitigation in Malaysia.
