They are good in classes but it seems that they are saturated! Weak customer service ! Rearly the pick the phone and if they answer you they will ask you to come to the counter. In the counter they will not answer your queries. They will tel you that the will get back to you and then no one will call you.This was my experience with the British Council in KualaLumpur
