Was asked to line up at a empty counter no.1 for pre-purchase by the guard. The next counter was for walk-in and only has 1 person in charge. To be safe,went inside the counter to ask if anyone will be attending the empty counter and was told yes someone will be there. So i went over again to line up at the empty counter. Later i was informed the counter in-charge is out for lunch. And now i need to line-up at the walk-in counter. By then the queue is already beyond the tent under the noon sun. Please don't come here during lunch as they're obviously undermanned and not cater for this. Dont end up line up blindly at empty counter then move to a longer line. Thanks to the helpful people inside. BP please organize this or why not come and survey yourself just to get a taste.

Terrible customer service,request for voucher extended through email several times since 21/1 but never get the reply from support team, I called to the hotline for several times but your customer service team will NEVER pick up the phone,most of the phone number cannot be reached,promise me will reply my email by yesterday but until today still haven't received any email from BP,very disappointed to BP services. Don't suggest to buy their packages through their website,if you having the problem they will never help you to solve the problem
