BOLD Association for Children with Special Needs, Penang (ROS: PPM-010-07-14012008) is a non-profit community based organization dedicated to serving Children with Special Needs and their families. We belief that every child should have the opportunity to develop to his or her full potential. Children with Special Needs require more support to empower them to lead a full life in the community. Our Mission is to support the right of Children with Special Needs to:- Early Diagnosis Early Intervention Family Centered Services Inclusion in Mainstream Education Lead a full life in the community As a non-profit NGO, our charges for services are nominal. We depend entirely on public donations and other sources of funding to support our programs and continue to improve our services.
