Associated Adjusters Sdn. Bhd. (AA), previously known as Richard Brooks International Adjusters (M) Sdn. Bhd., was established more than 20 years ago. Over the years, AA has undertaken various insurance tasks assignments.

Although the company has been dealing with all classes of insurance, it has indulged itself more aggressively on the motor claim adjustment and investigation sector. Thus, with its sound base in motor adjusting the company is moving into its next phase of development by expanding into non-motor business

A. Own Damage / Third Party Property Damage Investigation
We are prepared to conduct investigation on all suspected fraud claim with tact and diplomacy with the interest of the insurer in mind. In the past we have solved many fraudulent claims for various insurers namely Uni.Asia Insurance, Tahan Insurance, Mayban General Assurance, Oriental Capital Assurance, MCIS Zurich Insurance and others.

B. Third Party Bodily Injury /  Property Damage Investigation
We undertake all types of Third Party Bodily Injury Investigation including those that require discreet enquiries, surveillance to observe the movement of plaintiffs and even uncovering fraudulent claims. 
 
Associated Adjusters Sdn. Bhd. has invested in IT to better facilitate its operation, reporting and documentation. We have linked all branches with the head office and have already upgraded all the software systems.

C. Non-Motor Claims Handling
The Fee scale for the non-motor survey / Investigation varies depending on the type of work / survey undertaken for a particular class of Insurance, but are generally competitive with the market rate.

Our Non-Motor Department service standards would include:-
• Immediate contact with Insured / Broker upon receipt of assignment
• Site attendance within six (6) hours of contact
• Issue Immediate Advice (IA) within 24 hours of site attendance
• Premilinary Report to follow within 14 days
• Regular updates / follow – up to bring the case to early conclusion
