Masseuses are experienced, offering masages with good pressure; have tried both the Healing and Thai Aromatherapy oil massages. The Healing massage is really good, concentrating on the sore points that hit all the right notes on pressure points and offering immediate relief for muscular aches and pains. The oil massage is great for relaxation but would be good if had more availability of massage (high) beds in a nice, quiet and serene ambience. Receptionist needs to be more well versed on treatments offered and less intent on pushing for package sales, which gets annoying. Also, need to be more stringent on hand phone usage regulations. Once, customer in next room had his phone on full volume and you can imagine how disturbing it was when the Whatsapp was beeping non-stop with incoming and outgoing messages! Place is clean but in need of an uplift as it looks a little run down. Disposable slippers would be great, and a nice ginger tea served at the lounge (instead of in the massage rooms) would add a nice finishing touch! Overall, a great place to go to for authentic, no-frills Thai massage! Could perhaps consider offering off-peak promotional rates for regular-goers like me?

I would rate it five stars if it isn't for the masseuse that has cut off time (wanted 2 hours ended after 1 hour 40 mins, happened twice, once with me and the other with my beau) we only realised after we got back, takes long breaks, comes back with food breath? I actually frequent the branch in ativo a lot as i got the 1800 flexible plan, other masseuse were good, but only one stood out for me. Today I visited the branch again. Requested for a 2 hr oil massage that felt like I was just getting oil spreaded on me, instead of a massage. Told her to put in more strength, and she did, for a minute or so. i don't even see the point of asking her to put in more strength constantly. I experimented that if I move a little she will put in more strength (very minimal) and if I don't move she would just spread oil on me. Maybe she thought I was sleeping and slack off? Maybe. I thought she is just the kind that doesn't have much strength, but when she did my neck and head, she had constant strength, I concluded that it was because I had to sit up, so she knew I wasn't sleeping. At the end of the massage I realised she's the one that cut off time from me last time. I come home feeling like I didn't get a massage. unlike the last time I was there with another masseuse who did a great job undoing the knots on my shoulder, back and legs. I spent rm121 to get oil spreaded on me.
