Claim businessPersatuan Tarian Naga & Singa Sheng Wai, Selangor was established on 21st October year 2009 by a group of energetic youngsters who is very passionate of the art of Dragon & Lion Dance. The name SHENG WAI (勝威 in Chinese character) represents Victory and Power, bringing a hope to spread the Traditional Folk Art Culture to every level of the society.
