It a very bad experience and bus that I ever sit before!this is the first time and the last time I will sit this LpMs express bus ever! It had been told that bus will arrived to fetch us about 1130-1145am as wat was write on the ticket.When we reach there about1115am early than 1130am,we received a call that the bus we book just can sit one person at last min and another person hav to wait until night bus... our ticket bought around two week before and last minute told us that our bus that we book aldy spoil last night and told we hav to separate time to sit the bus.Are this their service ?and I pay higher than the normal day bus price it cost rm240 for two person direct to Singapore ,normal price for the bus is about rm80perperson. After a phone with the staff ,the staff say I just a normal staff I can’t help u anything for the refund as wat we request ,I’m thinking that is your company problem or is your staff problem?never told customer early the bus problem and told last min ,Nevremind after that the staff arangge one of the bus to fetch us and just go to Johor Bahru Larkin only and not direct to Sg !!!That wat i very mad ! My bus ticket is bus direct go to Sg and not to just Johor Bahru only!After that we hav to sit by cab go to Sg again!Did I need to get the cab fee from your company or just get refund?! I need to wait about 1h30min for the bus arrive!!u think customer time are free?The bus we sit at the end was very dirty and smelly at the end and not wat we heard before !!It a *inappropriate words* bad experience for us to this company !!!Hope that u all hav to check and ask properly the review before buying this company bus ticket !
