Claim business Lee Do Restaurant was set up by the late Mr Tan Seng Eng in 1964 at a small HDB coffee shop off Bendemeer road. The block was eventually torn down to make way for a new condominium. It was relocated to its present address at Ubi Ave 2, Automobile Megamart in 1999.
