I took my family for medical check-ups in Lam Wah Ee hospital in 2016.
The medical tests took place in the morning half & the results were out on the same day. The doctor that reviewed the test results for my family was Dr. Loh & I was in the room for the review session as well.
What he did was to literally read out all the symptoms that he observed from the tests without giving an opportunity for Q&A. He didn't even bother to explain what those symptom means.
Once he's done with his review, I tried to question him further (well I am not savvy in those medical terms). Again, he refused to explain in details and asked the nurses to take us out of the room.
I do have to give him additional stars for the waiting time though, he's trying really hard to keep the review session as short as possible by ignoring all the patients questions & concerns. Good for him.
