Inspired by his mentor Dj LYN, Dj deF a.k.a Sheldon Gerard Tay first started DJing at the tender age of 18. DJdeF develop a keen interest for dance music and share the decks among several established local dance music DJs such as Ray Soo, Dj Gabriel, DJ Blink, Joey G , LapSap, Dj Desire & Victor G. ,Dj deF is also a Guru for some new born Dj’s in Melaka ,and he is still being a teacher for those who wants to live in music world . Recently Sheldon also known as Malacca Best Dj as he won in Malacca Youth Dj Battle Back in Aug 09/10 and Grand Finalist for Malaysian Club Mixing Challenge 2010
